Choose a folder and a knowledge profile. PassAI Desk reads supported files without changing the originals.
2 · Watch changes
Use the local change timeline and Knowledge Health to see added, modified, deleted, failed, and recovered files and impacted cards.
3 · Search and revalidate
Search one folder or an explicit collection, inspect exact Evidence, and create a new card revision after reviewing what changed.

- Free local storage for the application, index, and verified backups
- Internet only for account and optional AI features; local search works without it
