PassAI Desk provides a Windows local knowledge workspace, account and device authorization, and an optional AI gateway. The Web service is not a repository for local files.

PassAI Desk Terms
These MVP beta terms match the implemented technical behavior. Final legal review is required before commercial release.
Beta use
Beta features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Public downloads are offered only for builds with complete verified signing metadata.
User responsibilities
Review AI transfer previews and Evidence, and do not include document content, full paths, or secrets in support requests.
Account termination
Account deletion removes the Web account and device authorization but does not delete local files, indexes, or cards. Local removal is a separate PC action.
